Names for Dames, Inc. (“Names”) and Kitty, Fan Koo (collectively the “Defendants”) move for summary judgment in this adversary proceeding, which has been brought by the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (the “Committee”) pursuant to court authorization.
