Lamarcus Kentez Harris appeals the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for postconviction relief, in which he attacked his August 2003 conviction for murder, entered pursuant to a guilty plea, and his resulting sentence of 25 years' imprisonment. He did not appeal.

Harris filed the present petition on May 17, 2004, raising several claims.
