Henry Paret and Brother, citizens of New York, in the state of New York, brought assumpsit against Thomas M. Bryson, Thomas M. Beaumont, and John R. Wallace, partners, using, as is alleged in the declaration, the firm name and style of Bryson & Beaumont, on five promissory notes, amounting in the aggregate to ?3,609.20.
