Elizabeth Asbell, as next of kin and the administratrix of the estate of James Douglas Hill, Eddie Huntley and Robin Patrice Huntley filed an action against BP Exploration & Oil, Inc. (“BP”), Terrance Lamar Andrews, Marcus Emilio Davis, Gary Deandre Bulger, and John Doe.
