This is an appeal from a judgment entered following a jury-verdict rendered in the district' court of Gallatin County.

From the record it appears that plaintiffs Gary Bos and 'Steven Bos, contracted with defendants, Mike Dolajak and Dolajak Manufacturing Co., Inc., residents of North Dakota, for the construction of a metal silo on plaintiffs’ dairy farm near Bozeman.
