The circuit court of Cook county sustained a demurrer to a petition of Andrew Donovan to contest the election of Prank D. Comerford as judge of the superior court of Cook county at the June election, 1927, dismissed the petition and entered judgment against the petitioner for costs, and the petitioner has appealed.
