This is a suit instituted by a minority stockholder of the defendant Rainbow Mill and Lumber Company, a corporation, under section 404 (B) (1) of the Civil Code, to procure the involuntary dissolution of the corporation on the ground that it had “abandoned its business for more than one year.” The judgment was rendered in the alternative, pursuant to subdivision (E) of that section as amended in 1941.
