This is an application for leave to appeal from the denial of a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner was convicted of operating a lottery and possession of number slips, in a trial before the court in Montgomery County, sitting without a jury, and sentenced to three years and six months, respectively, the sentences to run consecutively.
