CLARK, Presiding Judge.

Carl Rule was tried before the Kansas City Municipal division of the Jackson County Circuit Court and was convicted of an offense against the ordinances of the city. In accordance with the provisions of § 479.200, RSMo 1978, Rule prosecuted an appeal in the nature of a trial de novo and requested a jury. The cause was assigned to an associate circuit court division where trial resulted in conviction and a sentence of six months confinement and a fine of $500.00. Rule appeals asserting various errors.
