This proceeding was commenced by a bill filed at the suit of Charles Alexander and others, holders of bonds secured by a first moi-tgage or deed of trust of the Central Railroad Company of Iowa, praying for an account, for the appointment of a receiver,'and fora foreclosure of the mortgage. The bill was filed to October Term, 1874, in the Circuit Court. It made the railroad company, and the Farmers’ Loan and Trust Company of - New York, who were the trustees named in the mortgage, parties defendant.
