Banke, Judge.
The appellant appeals his convictions for three counts of rape and one count of kidnapping.
1. The contention that the evidence was insufficient is without merit. The victim positively identified the appellant as the man who had abducted her at gunpoint while she was walking home from a basketball game one night accompanied by two friends. She stated that she was held for approximately five hours until early the following morning and was raped three times during that period.
