OPINION

GREEN, Commissioner.

In a trial before a jury, appellant was convicted of aggravated robbery. Punishment was assessed by the jury at 99 years.

The record reflects that on January 30, 1975 appellant was indicted for aggravated robbery allegedly committed on December 26,1974 in Harris County. On February 10, 1975 Hon. Ronald Bartlett was appointed by the court as appellant’s attorney in response to appellant’s sworn plea of indigen-cy.
