Derrick Foster, a federal prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals from the District Court’s order dismissing his amended complaint with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we will summarily affirm.

In August 2010, Foster filed a complaint in the District Court against the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) and a host of other known and unknown defendants. A few days after the complaint was filed, the District Court, acting sua sponte, directed Foster to file an amended complaint.
