On May 16, 2017, this Court vacated an ex parte order of maritime attachment entered against defendant Uttam Galva Steels Limited (“Steels”) and in favor of plaintiff Louis Dreyfus Company Freight Asia Pte Ltd (“Louis Dreyfus”).
