(after stating the facts). It is first earnestly insisted by counsel for the defendant that the court erred in overruling his motion for a change of venue. The petition for a change of venue was in statutory - form, and contained the affidavits of numerous qualified electors who were actual residents of the county and not related to the defendant in any way. The court found that one of the supporting affiants was a credible person, but that the others were not.
