The City of Eau Claire appeals from a judgment finding it in contempt under sec. 785.01 (1) (b), Stats., and awarding the Town of Seymour attorney’s fees, costs and disbursements. The city alleges that the trial court erred in finding it in contempt and in its award to the town.
