Motion by respondent for reargument of that portion of this court’s decision and order, both dated August 3, 1981 183 AD2d 844], which modified a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 30, 1980, by (1) reversing defendant’s convictions on the counts of robbery in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree, (2) vacating the sentences imposed thereon, and (3) dismissing the said counts.
