In many respects, the questions of law and fact involved herein are very similar to those presented in Re Snow’s Estate, 319 Mich. 333. To avoid repetition, we refer to that opinion for many of the facts as to how decedent, physically handicapped and afflicted with Parkinson’s disease, came to and was cared for in the Wells’ home.
