Affirming.
Charles Savage Thompson died in Bracken county, Ky., in June, 1924, and at the nest July term of the Bracken county court, a paper purporting to be his last will and testament was admitted to probate. By the terms of the will a farm of 112 acres in Bracken county was devised to his two children, Robert Eugene Thompson and Loretta Marie Jordan, share and share alike, coupled with a provision that, in the event the daughter should die without children, the whole of said land was devised to the son for life, and at his death to his three children,…
