The Farmers’ Grain Company is a-corporation of which J. Mayes is president and J. H. Weidner is the secretary. Defendant in error, Clarence B. Hight, filed in the Circuit Court of Macon county his petition for a writ of mandamus to compel the said corporation and its said officers to produce the corporate books of the said company for the purpose of having certain certificates of stock of the corporation that defendant in error had purchased transferred thereon to him, and to issue new certificates for such stock.
