Appeal from an order of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Nelson, J.), entered March 4, 1991, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, for custody of the parties’ child.
A child was born out of wedlock to petitioner and respondent on August 1, 1989. On April 12, 1990, Family Court made an order of filiation and support declaring petitioner to be the child’s father.
