It seems to us that the petition is susceptible to two constructions. One is that the part of the 4x4 timber which was underneath the left front of Samo’s automobile could not be seen by one after he turned to the right in front of Samo’s automobile because of the grill of the automobile. It is difficult to understand how the 4x4 could have been stumbled over if it was covered by the automobile grill to the extent that it could not be seen by one going around the left front of the automobile and turning to the right.
