This is a civil action in equity in which the minor plaintiff Dennis Giangreco, by his next friend, complains in his individual behalf and in behalf of all others similarly situatéd, of the refusal of the defendant principal of Center High School of Center School District and its officials to admit the plaintiff to the 1969 fall session of Center High School on the ground that the plaintiff had too much hair on his head and face.
