Real estate commercial brokerage Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. (“REIS”), and its Illinois-based subsidiary, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Chicago, Inc. (“M & M Chicago”), sued former agent Tony Sekulovski for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, conversion, fraud, and tortious interference.
