EVANS, District Judge.
The present action, involving alleged copyright infringement, claims of unfair competition and alleged violation of the Anti-Dilution Statute and the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Preliminary Injunction.
Plaintiffs have various respective rights or interests in Margaret Mitchell’s copyrighted novel, Gone With The Wind, and works derived from that novel. 1 Defendants are the respective owners/produeers/creators of a musical production entitled “Scarlett Fever”, which was originally scheduled to begin…
