MAYER, District Judge.
The complaint alleges, for a first cause of action, that defendant owns and operates a coal mine in Kentucky; that in April, 1915, plaintiff entered into a contract with defendant for the salé and distribution of defendant’s products for five years in that territory of the United States and Canada which lies east of the seventy-ninth meridian of longitude; and it is then alleged:
