FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This cause is before the court upon the motion of Florida National Bank (“FNB”) to modify the automatic stay to permit continuance of foreclosure proceedings against real property of the debtor. Hearing was held on February 24, 1988, at which time FNB proceeded pursuant to § 362(d)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code for relief from the automatic stay for cause based upon the debtor’s bad faith filing of the Chapter 11 petition.
