Appellant appealed from a conviction on an information filed against him for obstructing a public road. The points of law raised by appellant’s counsel are too numerous and the discussion of them in the brief too wide-ranging for us to follow the argument throughout its course. Five or six instructions were given for the State, fourteen for appellant and seven asked by him were refused.
