Ricky D. Jackson (“Appellant”) was charged with two counts of forgery in violation of section 570.090.1 The case was tried to a jury on October 26, 2010, and the jury returned a verdict of guilty on each count. On November 29, 2010, the trial court sentenced Appellant to five years in the Department of Corrections on each count with the sentences to run consecutively.
