1. This court has no original jurisdiction, but is a court for the correction of errors of law only. It cannot pass upon a question as to the jurisdiction of a trial court where such question is raised for tlie first time in this court, even though it appear from the face of the record that the trial court had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter before it.
