ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge:
This is an Order granting defendant Medtronic, Inc.’s (“Medtronic”) Request for Certification to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), of this Court’s Order dated September 8, 1986.
