—In a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 111-b, the appeal is from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County (Lawrence, J.), entered December 2, 1997, which denied the father’s objections to a determination of the Support Collection Unit dated August 28, 1997, that he was in default of his obligations pursuant to an order of support of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 24, 1996, which would result in notification being sent to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles to suspend his driving privileges.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
