KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

Vika Verbitskaya and Alexander Verbit-sky appeal their convictions and sentences for conspiracy to obstruct, delay and affect interstate and foreign commerce by extortion in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a) (“The Hobbs Act”) and for unlawfully obstructing, delaying and affecting interstate and foreign commerce by extortion in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a) & (b)(2).
