This is an application by plaintiff for an injunction pendente lite restraining the defendant board of supervisors of Saratoga county from incurring any liability to the county of Saratoga for expenditures, commitments or obligations under a certain resolution of the defendant set forth at length in the complaint herein. The application is made upon the summons and verified complaint and the affidavit of plaintiff’s attorney.
