Allemong served notice on the town of Bridgewater that he would, on the first day of the October term, 1894, of the Circuit Court of Rockingham county move for a judgment against the town for the sum of $800, with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum from the first of Janu*543ary, 1894, being the aggregate amount of eight several bonds for the sum of $100, described in said notice.
