Appellant, Matthew N! Seal, ;as plaintiff below, brought this action against H. A. Fitch and wife, Inez, under Section 180_ of the Civil Code of Practice .to recover the possession o'f certain personal property and $1000 damages for its unlawful detection by defendants. The -trial resulted in a verdict for defendants and from the judgment entered thereon plaintiff appeals.
