Jason Jacobi (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision granting Claimant’s petition to review compensation benefits (review petition). The Board concluded that the WCJ erred in determining that Claimant’s work injury included a specific loss of his right middle finger 1 because Claimant did not offer medical evidence that he had permanently lost the use of that finger for all practical intents and purposes.
