—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lonschein, J.), dated June 9, 1993, which, inter alia, granted the defendants’ separate motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.

Around 4:00 p.m. on a weekday, the plaintiff, an employee of a lingerie store located in a shopping center, was raped at gunpoint by Carlos Rodriguez in front of other store employees during a robbery.…
