ALEXANDER, Justice.
This action was brought to recover under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. G. W. Prater, the injured employee against whom a verdict was instructed in the lower court, was employed as a pumper in the East Texas oil field. It seems that on the lease where he worked the oil would flow from the well into a tank on the premises, but had to be pumped from the tank into the pipe line.
