An appeal to the Springfield Court of Appeals from an order of the circuit court overruling a motion to revoke an order appointing a receiver. That court transferred the ease to this court. In doing so it said:

"The appointment was made ancillary to the original cause of action, which was a suit (under our statute) to quiet title to said real estate. We believe this appeal should be transferred to the Supreme Court. Since the Act of 1895 (Laws of Mo. 1895, p. 1) appeals have been allowed from any, ‘order refusing to revoke, modify, or change an interlocutory . . . order appointing a receiver…
