FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This matter came on for trial on January 8, 1990. Having considered all the evidence, memoranda and arguments of the parties, the court hereby makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
A. Findings of Fact
