Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Ulster County (McGinty, J.), entered January 26, 2015, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 3, to adjudicate respondent a juvenile delinquent.
The victim and respondent were at their high school on September 12, 2014 and, on that date, the victim was 14 years old and respondent was 15 years old.
