CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

Alfred M. Jordan appeals three determinations made by the district court in sentencing him under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 to 10 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Jordan objects to the district court’s decisions to: (1) enhance the sentence for obstruction of justice pursuant to Section 3C1.1 of the United States Sentencing Commission Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) on the basis of a finding that Jordan lied to his probation officer about his use of cocaine while awaiting sentencing in this…
