OPINION ANNOUNCING THE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
MONTEMURO, Justice.
This is a direct appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County denying Appellant’s petition for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. § 9541 et seq., following the imposition of *499a sentence of death.1 After reviewing the issues raised by Appellant we- affirm.
