{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Dreshawn D. Maddox, appeals the trial court's decision denying his presentence motion to withdraw plea and sentence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

{¶ 2} In April 2015, Maddox was named in a three-count indictment filed in Case No. CR-15-594546 charging him with one count each of drug trafficking, drug possession, and possessing criminal tools.
