This is an appeal from a decree on a bill by the Motion Pictures Patents Company, a corporation of the State of New Jersey, against Chicago Eilm Exchange, a corporation of the State of Illinois, doing business in the city of Washington, for the in*287fringement of a patent to Thomas A. Edison for a photographic film, declaring claim 2 of said patent valid, its infringement by the defendant, and granting an injunction against its farther infringement, together with an order of reference to take an account of damages. The pleadings are in the usual form, and were not excepted to.
