STATON, Presiding Judge.
Richard Koke was convicted of dealing in cocaine, a class B felony, 1 and received a sentence of two (2) years. On appeal Koke raises the following issues:
I. The trial court erred in excluding as hearsay conversations of the defendant and the confidential informant.
The trial court erred in permitting the State to discuss during opening argument conversations with the confidential informant when the defendant was prohibited from doing likewise.
There was insufficient evidence of defendant's predisposition to commit the crime charged.
