THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the Joint Stipulation of Facts and briefs filed by the parties. This is a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt in the amount of $6,480.39 for the “lying-in” expenses related to the birth of the parties’ minor child. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and § 1334.
