Appellant, Wayne Duddlesten Inc. (Dud-dlesten), sued appellees, Highlands Insurance Co. (Highlands), and Aberdeen Insurance Company (Aberdeen), for violations of article 21.21 of the Texas Insurance Code, negligence, violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, fraudulent inducement, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, breach of contract, and for a declaratory judgment.
