Miller, Justice:

The defendant, Leslie D. Haverty, seeks to have his conviction for the sale and delivery of marijuana set aside on three grounds. First, he asserts that the State was required to disclose the name of an informant who allegedly assisted its undercover agent, and that the State failed to do so. He also claims the trial court committed error in refusing to grant immunity to a defense witness who had invoked his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination.
